April 13 will see the launch of the "Roadmap 2050 - A Practical Guide to a Prosperous, Low-carbon Europe" project.

The project will show the benefits of a low-carbon transition and the challenges for a transformation of the energy sector. The ECF will demonstrate how achieving an 80% GHG reduction target by 2050 based on zero carbon power generation in Europe is technically feasible and makes compelling economic sense.
